This workshop offers a practical approach
to running and managing meetings with an emphasis
on the importance of planning. This one-day
seminar addresses the role of the meeting
leader in setting and achieving objectives,
as well as strategies for participants to
contribute to successful meeting outcomes.
Participants will learn a variety of skills
from meeting management techniques, to creating
buy-in for agenda ideas. An opportunity to
participate and lead a meeting through role-playing
will pull together all learning for members
to try out their new skills in a fun and interactive
