"Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir
men's blood and probably in themselves will not be realized.
Make big plans. aim high in hope and work remembering
that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never
die."

Personal Development

Why is it that we are so gung-ho at the beginning
when we set personal goals for ourselves, and before
long, we somehow fall down? We are pumped and then
we suddenly loose interest or motivation? The answer
is simple; we are human and human nature is dictated
by emotional ups and downs. Emotional ups and downs
affect our motivation level. If we are not motivated,
we find it hard to remain focused on anything, let
alone our goals. While goal achievement may be in
large part based on our emotional desires, we cannot
rely on such emotional desires to carry us through
all the time. Instead we must implement a strategy
for goal achievement.
This half-day workshop combines insight
into understanding the human psychology as
it relates to motivation, goal setting, goal
failure and achievements. This program provides
attendees with ways to reduce stress associated
with trying to meet goal deadlines with immediately
useful tips. Goal setting for Achievers views
goal setting and achievement from the perspective
that all areas of life must be balanced and
integrated carefully in order for true success
to ensue. |
