Diana Kawarsky is founder and President of www.soft-skills.ca, a Toronto-based soft skills training, coaching and consulting company. Diana is a dynamic training professional who has over 15 years of experience working with a diverse clientele. James is a Professor of Management Studies in the Faculty of Business at George Brown College, a Certified Professional Executive Coach and Strategic Management Consultant. A graduate of the Co-Active Coaching Program at the Coaches Training Institute, James also holds a Professional Sales Certificate from Seneca College and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from McMaster University. Nick Kenyeres - Techology Management Specialist

Established in April 1996, Nick Kenyeres founded the Technology Coach Inc. to help business professionals improve efficiency and effectiveness through use of today's leading-edge technologies, tools, and best practices. Nick's client list is both impressive and extensive, ranging from the banking industry such as The Royal Bank of Canada through to telecommunication companies such Bell Canada and TELUS to the Ontario Colleges; Sheridan, Senecca and George Brown to name only a few.

For nearly 10 years, the Technology Coach Inc. has helped valued customers by providing technical and /or developmental training programs, delivered as instructor-led classes, self paced coursework, job performance aids and Web-based courses. Topics covered range from Project Management and Personal Productivity through to Benchmarking and Creativity.

Having worked in a variety of managerial roles, Nick has held positions in both Corporate and Public Training, Data Communications, Telecommunications, Operations, Project Management and Marketing and Sales as well as other roles. Nick holds a 4-year Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technology Management; a 3-year Electronics Engineering diploma and certificate in Business Administration.
