Good communication is essential for success in life. We cannot NOT communicate. As much of an oxymoron this is; it is our reality. Even when we are not speaking we are communicating our thoughts, moods, impressions and emotional states, non verbally through our body language and tone of voice. Explore the meaning of non verbal communication and underlying messages we may be missing, and that can dramatically change our interpretation and response with others.
