Workshop Description
Today work-life reality means that we must be prepared to deal with daily stress and challenging conditions, at any time, and there is no letting up. We are expected to perform effectively no matter the circumstance. This is a lot of stress. The good news is that resilience is a very teachable construct; quality and skill. We can learn to condition ourselves (mind-body-spirit) to become more resilient and responsive, by strengthening our resilience factor, to bounce back, no matter what. It begins with our personal wellness/self-care, the focus for this comprehensive workshop.

Workshop Description
Discover an incredibly effective technique for managing anxiety, stress, phobias, physical pain and more called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and/or 'tapping.' This safe, self-directed therapy involves the stimulation of specific acupressure points on the body through a gentle tapping process with our fingertips. Understand the amazing science behind how it works, and an easy tapping sequence to be used on anything, from improving our emotional state, to job stressors and even food cravings!
